The process is very simple. You can either fill out our simple form or give us a call to give us information about the property you want to sell. If the property is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule a walkthrough. When we meet you at your house we walk through and look at the current condition of your house. Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If you decide the offer is right for you, we will sign a purchase agreement for the house and you can decide how soon you’d like to close and get your money.

We’re not a real estate company, and we don’t list houses. We buy houses in Florida that fit our investment criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another home owner or keep it as a rental for ourselves.
